Using Clay as a Face or Body Mask
Mix 2 teaspoons of clay with oil or serum (such as a vitamin facial serum) and 1 teaspoon of hydrosol, distilled water, or herbal infusion. Stir until you achieve a smooth consistency. Apply the mixture to your face and neck, leave it on for about 10 minutes, then rinse off with warm water. Follow up with your favorite moisturizer. Use 1-2 times per week.
Using Clay for a Bath
Add approximately 50-100 grams of clay to a warm bath and stir well.
Using Clay for Teeth Cleaning
Wet your toothbrush and dip it into the clay (the easiest way is to simply dip the brush into the container). Brush your teeth and gums as you would with regular toothpaste.
Using Clay for Hair Washing
Take about 10 grams of clay (around 1.5 teaspoons) and mix it with 20 ml (about 1/4 cup) of hydrosol, distilled water, or herbal infusion. Apply the resulting paste to your hair and leave it on for approximately 15 minutes. If you have thick or long hair, increase the proportions. Rinse thoroughly with water.
