I bought this product on sale. It is specifically designed for matte lipsticks, so there's no point in using it for glosses or nourishing lipsticks. It's meant to be used in combination with lipsticks, as it wouldn't make sense to use it alone. You could simply buy a nourishing lip balm or lip care cream of luxury quality instead. The product itself has a liquid consistency, similar to water, and it tingles slightly upon application, but nothing extraordinary happens to the lips afterwards. I wouldn't purchase it at full price.
