In 2017, the niche French brand Franck Boclet decided to delight fans of sweet fragrances with a new scent whose name speaks for itself. The Sugar Eau de Parfum envelops you in a sweet haze, instantly lifting your spirits and ensuring maximum comfort.
This perfume composition skillfully combines notes characteristic of sweet, fruity, and floral fragrance groups. It opens with bergamot and coconut, wrapped in blackcurrant leaves, as well as marshmallow with honey. The "heart" features peach and pear drizzled with caramel and vanilla, accentuated by jasmine. The fragrance concludes with orange blossom, violet, white musk, and raspberry, blending into a pleasant sweet trail that lingers on the skin.
Hello! And no matter what people say, there are as many opinions as there are people. I had hoped that this would be very sweet, but... it's just powder. Some say it's soap. Others say it's white flowers. It's definitely a feminine perfume. Warm. Moderate longevity. I bought a 20ml sample.
No matter what the description says, this scent is more suitable for men than for women. It is a fragrance for men who are not repelled by bold sweetness, and it truly blossoms on them. When the temperature is warm, only the sweet notes dominate, but in cold weather, some sour notes appear, it seems. If a man wants to purchase this scent, I highly recommend it, 10/10.
He is so beautiful... Playful, iridescent, impossible to get enough of. I am a passionate perfume lover with an insatiable craving for new sensations, but after each encounter with a different scent, I always come back to Sugar. On my cold skin, it is a very sweet powder, even cotton candy made of honey and flower pollen. There is a plastic note in it, but it doesn't bother me at all. It is great in any weather, except scorching heat - any sweetness will become sticky in forty-degree hell.
But despite its blatant sweetness, the scent does not feel "edible". I wear it with pleasure, it makes me feel comfortable in practically any place and under any circumstances. Sugar has permanently settled not only in my perfume wardrobe but also in my heart.
It is very similar to Narciso Rodriguez's "Narciso". I wouldn't call it gourmet - it's pure powder.
In my opinion, Narciso is a bit brighter.
The fragrance is more suitable for evening wear, I only use it during the cold season. The longevity is excellent.
I feel terrible wearing it... rubber, plastic... but on my brother, it's a beauty! It's a bittersweet sensation for the tough guys. It's really difficult to describe, but its longevity and sillage are outstanding. Superb.
"If it hadn't become so blurry on me, I would have worn it, but it wasn't meant to be."
Sweet and lovely, but not sticky. The longevity is average, there is no sillage, the perfume stays close to the skin. The scent feels dry, but I like it.
It is very similar to d&g pour femme intense. For me, they are twin brothers. It has good longevity and a moderate sillage.
