I purchased an air conditioner, but the cover is different from the photo. The cover shown in the photo is from a previous model that was available two years ago. The current series, as shown in your photo, has a different cover. The covers that were sent to me are only counterfeit ones. I am very disappointed because I am a loyal customer of yours, and this kind of deception is unacceptable.
