The shampoo effectively neutralizes unwanted brassy tones. For best results, it is recommended to use this shampoo with every wash, rather than once a week as suggested.
Overall, I really liked this shampoo as it effectively neutralizes and gives a cooler tone to my hair. However, I noticed these effects only after using it continuously for 3-4 times. If I wash my hair with a different shampoo, the entire effect is diminished. I used it in combination with the conditioner from the same series, so my hair was moisturized and not dry.
The hair becomes very dry after use. I did not experience any neutralization.
I really liked this shampoo as it truly preserves the color! The shampoo itself is green in color, so it's best to use gloves when applying it. However, it is necessary to use it in combination with masks or conditioners because if you only wash with this shampoo, your hair ends up feeling like straw.
It's unbelievable! Despite not sinking and the color not changing, it gave my hair life and perfect moisture. I recommend it to everyone, the price is good, but the results are out of this world.
Great shampoo! It gives a nice shine to the hair and doesn't dry out the scalp. However, in my opinion, it made my hair more reddish, and it didn't remove the reddish tone.
Drying the hair, very harsh, I find it easier to tolerate hair dye than this shampoo, stains the hands, did not notice any significant results.
I used to use a different series before, but my hairdresser recommended trying this one. It smells nice and lathers well. At first, I was surprised that it is black and toning, but I should have expected that. For my hair (long, porous, dyed hair), Matrix is the best out of all the ones I've tried.
Does not dry out the skin. It slightly reduces redness and has a pleasant scent.
I have bought this shampoo several times and it helps to maintain the appearance of my dark-colored dyed hair for a longer time. This allows me to dye my hair less frequently, which is a big advantage. However, a downside is that it stains nails.
This shampoo is really good, I'm buying it for the second time. It helps to slightly reduce the red tint after toning.
I ordered the shampoo and conditioner from this series and I am very satisfied with them. They do not weigh down my hair at all, but instead, my hair feels incredibly soft, shiny, and pleasant to touch. Therefore, I highly recommend them.
I used this shampoo together with the mask from the same series and I am very satisfied. I dyed my hair with Matrix dye in cool shades 3-4 months ago. Now, there is a noticeable reddish tint. The shampoo and mask effectively tone the hair. It seems that the red has disappeared and the tone is cooler. The texture is soft to the touch and it has a nice scent. However, it does stain the hands, towel, and even the skin on my face near the hairline in a greenish-blue color, so be cautious. I did a patch test with the mask and shampoo before using them due to the reviews, to avoid getting a green hair color.
The shampoo does its job well. It effectively neutralizes redness. I dye my hair with a shade 4, and this shampoo removes the brown undertone. It doesn't make my hands dirty, unless I'm doing a French manicure. Yes, the shampoo also has good cleansing properties. It suits me. And of course, thank you to Makeup for the fast delivery and amazing couriers!
I have natural hair, not dyed. The description says it is suitable for non-dyed dark hair. After using it for a couple of weeks, twice a week with this brand, I didn't see any results.
I only noticed that my hair gets greasy faster after using it.
Why doesn't anyone mention that it doesn't wash off if it gets on the bathroom?((
Be careful when washing your hair with it, the shampoo stains the bathroom more than the hair. It's impossible to clean it (, there are stains left in the bathroom(((
Dear manufacturer, I read everything on the bottle and there is not a word about this. Your product has ruined my bathroom! Who will compensate me for the damage?
I decided to take a risk and try this product, hoping that it would give me the desired results. My hair is level 7 and already dyed with an ash shade, but the color keeps fading into a reddish tone. However, this shampoo effectively neutralizes the unwanted tones. Now, I no longer need to use hair dye. Instead, I will use a copper-toned shampoo to add some depth and gradually grow out my natural color.
The shampoo is great, I use it along with the conditioner, and I am satisfied.
I use the shampoo and the mask. In my opinion, if you have experience, it's easier to tone your hair at home with ammonia-free dye. With these products, there is just as much hassle, but the result is much less satisfying. Plus, hair toning lasts longer and shines beautifully, while here it dries slightly and has only a minimal toning effect that lasts for 1-2 washes.
I have been consistently dyeing my hair in shades of 4 for several years now, with different variations of tones. However, I have never been able to achieve a natural ash color. I came across this shampoo after using the same brand's hair dye (which I absolutely love), but it still gives off a reddish hue. The shampoo itself is a dark green color (if you have light-colored nails, it's better to wash your hair wearing gloves). Overall, I found that it really dries out my hair and cannot be used without conditioner or a hair mask. The result after the first wash was that the roots were nicely toned, but I can't say the same for the length. It turned almost black from a dark chestnut color. However, after washing it again with a different shampoo, everything washed out. It leaves me with mixed feelings.
Unfortunately, the shampoo doesn't work and, on top of that, it dries out the hair. Even after using a moisturizing mask, the ends still feel straw-like. My hair is not colored and is a dark blonde shade, slightly reddish in daylight. I wanted to get rid of that tone and tried using the shampoo twice, but it's really disappointing.
