So, once again, the makeup company is pushing damaged and defective products under the guise of discounts. The makeup service has incompetent managers who are unable to provide a replacement for a normal product. I told them that even a different color would be acceptable, but they claimed that everything was sold out, even though everything is still available online. They also said that they would provide a refund because I have been a customer for 8 years. So, if you're a new customer, expect to be treated poorly. And if you don't accept this insult to your face, they will only refund your money after a total of 10 days. You are disgusting.
"We will improve," they say, but two consecutive orders have been defective. Every fifth order for the past six months has had some sort of issue. They even hang up the phone on you. I will never order from you again and I do not recommend anyone else to do so either.
