Interesting product. Instantly moisturizes and protects the lips. It makes sense to apply it only under drier matte lipsticks (although they no longer stay matte with it). It doesn't make sense to apply it under gel or more moisturizing formulas, as they will just slide off. It has a strong rubber smell that lingers for a while.
I didn't like it as a primer - it felt unnecessary under lipstick, probably too greasy. However, as a standalone product, it is quite pleasant. It moisturizes the lips and makes them look good. It has a light, barely noticeable shimmer.
