I am very disappointed, but the foundation did not work for me. It dries out my skin and even accentuates all the imperfections.
I have purchased this cream twice before, but this time it was a huge disappointment. It looks exactly like the photo above. However, it doesn't hold up well and doesn't sit nicely on my pores. I am very sad that I spent 2700 on such a lousy product ((( Dior Forever dries out my skin, but it applies better. Guerlain Pure Aqua was fantastic, but they discontinued it. Double Wear is still decent. I do not recommend this product.
After just an hour, the foundation starts to settle into pores, causing the skin to become shiny. I am extremely disappointed.
Ideal foundation for girls with fair, sensitive skin, who prioritize high sun protection. This is the first time I've purchased a foundation with such a high SPF that doesn't darken on my skin, which is a great advantage for me. I got the shade 130. To achieve even coverage, it's necessary to quickly apply and distribute the cream with a damp sponge, as it dries quickly. It has medium coverage, so it doesn't settle into pores, apply a thin layer.
For those who prefer lighter foundations, this product may not be suitable for oily skin as it can accentuate pores, even if they are minimal. I have shade 160, which is light and without any pink or yellow undertones, but it is not very long-lasting. This shade is suitable for fair skin. After using it for a month, I decided to go back to Catrice and Double Wear EL foundations because I still prefer fuller coverage.
Best foundation ever. Suitable for dry, normal, combination, and sensitive skin types. Not recommended for oily skin. It doesn't leave a mask-like effect, has a beautiful natural finish, and creates a radiant glow from within. The consumption is not very economical, so it's best to apply it with a sponge. It's important to note that it is non-comedogenic.
I bought the cream elsewhere, but I want to share my thoughts. I don't understand where the negative reviews are coming from because this cream is fantastic. It goes on nicely, feels light, and provides even coverage without giving a mask-like effect. It wears well throughout the day. I have tried many different foundations, including expensive ones, but this one is a revelation for me. I have the shade 150, which is perfect for fair skin with a pink undertone.
I don't understand where the negative reviews are coming from. I bought the cream, not here, but I want to share my impressions. It covers the skin well, doesn't slide off, and doesn't create a mask effect. It is also economical to use and doesn't dry out the skin. I really liked it.
My skin: 45 years old, normal, pigmented spots, slight couperose on the cheeks. It doesn't completely cover, but it looks good. There is shine, but I like it. I apply it with my fingers or a sponge. The sponge works better. The color is 310. It could be lighter, but I was afraid that the foundation would be noticeable on the spots. I think next time I will take 240. I also have the color 330, it has a slight yellowish tone.
I have been dreaming of a great foundation for so long, but I was afraid to make a mistake. I have reviewed thousands of reviews and videos, but it didn't help. No matter how hard I tried to justify it in my head, I knew it was heavy, but it is really noticeable on the face. Okay, I would say that if it didn't slide off after 3-4 hours.
This is some kind of horror. I have never had a foundation that cost more than 400 hryvnias, and I still didn't know that they could roll off like this. I have tried dozens of application methods, but the effect is the same. I have tried mixing it with another foundation and it's somewhat better. For example, if I want to do a photoshoot, it's good for that, but it's definitely not worth the money.
I tried the same brand at my friend's, but it was more liquid and had a wow effect when applied. However, it also slid off after a few hours. My skin is combination, and my face doesn't sweat much. I have tried using it with and without a primer, with my hands and with a blender.
Wonderful cream. I have normal skin. It is lightweight, with just one pump I can apply two layers. I apply it with my fingers. I have a fair complexion with a pinkish-gray undertone. Shades 260 and 160 suit me perfectly. I didn't buy it for the brand.
It layers beautifully and leaves a matte finish. It gives the skin a subtle glow and a healthy appearance. I feel reluctant to wash it off in the evening.
I am thrilled. It is also very economical. I highly recommend it.
This product is great for dry skin. It provides excellent coverage and has a nice texture. It also has SPF+ which is a bonus. The only issue I have noticed is that sometimes, without any changes, it tends to settle into my pores. I'm not sure why this happens. However, in all other cases, it has been perfect.
For my oily skin, this foundation is perfect. It looks good all day and doesn't cake up. I apply it without a primer, just after my moisturizer.
I didn't buy it here. I asked the consultant for a long-lasting foundation and they recommended Shiseido. Just look at how it ruined my skin.
It is very visible on the face, in the pores. Very much so!
I was extremely disappointed with this foundation. It feels very heavy on the face, like really, really heavy. But the worst part is that it starts to roll off after 20 minutes of application. It feels like it has "cracked" and is lying in chunks. It's just terrible. I have to constantly smear it around.
I didn't like it. Yes, it's dense and provides good coverage, but it's very short-lived. It's definitely not worth its price.
The reviewer has combination skin with an oily T-zone. They bought this product because Shiseido Synchro Skin Lasting Liquid Foundation was discontinued.
This foundation has a thicker consistency, which is why I'm deducting a star. However, if you prefer a more full coverage and intense color, you can give it a try.
As for the matte finish, after a couple of hours, it starts to shine on oily skin. But considering that matte finish is not even claimed in the name, it's strange to expect it.
I am currently searching for a foundation and I have tried this shade twice at my friend's place. I have combination skin, with a slightly oily T-zone, normal cheeks, and some dry patches on my chin.
Here are my observations:
The foundation looked good for about two hours, but it felt heavy like a mask. Today, I wore it for 6 hours and towards the end, it clogged my pores and made my skin look oily, as if it was greased.
All the dry patches on my chin looked like I had been in the Sahara desert.
However, my cheeks, where my skin is normal, looked perfect.
CONCLUSION: This is a good foundation, but only for those with normal PERFECT skin.
I ordered this foundation two weeks ago based on a friend's recommendation. My main issue is my slightly oily T-zone due to combination skin. Overall, the shade is good. It gives a slightly matte finish, but if you don't set it with a fixing powder or just powder specifically on the T-zone, it will get slightly oily (if you have combination/oily skin). Other than that, it stays on well and doesn't clog pores. Maybe it's necessary to apply a primer and properly remove the foundation afterwards. If you're considering it, go ahead and order it. If you have dry skin, it will definitely suit you and give a 100% matte finish.
I did not buy it here, but I hope this review will be helpful.
The coverage is medium with a confident tone and blends well with a sponge. It is very long-lasting and stayed on my face for 12-15 hours without any issues.
I cannot agree with the claim of a matte finish, as the finish on my combination skin is natural and radiant (but not glowing). If I need a matte look, I simply add powder.
After 5-8 hours of wear, my combination skin requires a blotting paper in the T-zone.
For those who are used to a light coverage like the one from Armani Luminous Silk, this foundation will be more suitable for evening wear.
Shades 120 and 130 will be a good match for fair skin tones.
