I love this shampoo, I have already purchased it for the third time! My hair feels soft after using it and the color fades only slightly. It is very gentle, and even though I have oily scalp, it still works for me.

Everything in this shampoo is great, from the smell to how the hair looks after using it. However, it tends to make the hair greasy, so it would be more suitable for those with dry hair type.

I bought this shampoo based on the recommendation of a colorist after dyeing my hair red. I can say for sure that compared to using regular shampoos from mass-market brands, my hair stayed fresher for longer. As far as I know, Matrix is sulfate-free, so I guess I should have expected that, but it really does a great job of cleansing the scalp. One plus is that it really preserves the color, smells pleasant, and doesn't make my hair feel "crunchy". It's very concentrated, so you need to lather it up well in your hands, which can be a bit harder than with other shampoos. Overall, it's decent and personally, I think it will be suitable for autumn/winter when my scalp gets less oily. For summer, I'll be on the lookout for something more "powerful".

This shampoo works for two days, but on the third day, oiliness becomes noticeable. However, after a month since coloring, my bright-red long hair doesn't appear yellowish; the color has slightly faded, which is inevitable, but it has reduced unnecessary redness, leaving the color vibrant and pleasant. I use it every other time, alternating with my Matrix violet series shampoo for dyed hair throughout the week. My hair doesn't look dry (as it used to be before Matrix), it looks well-maintained and smooth. Definitely a shampoo I need for my everyday use.

I decided to try out the entire series, expecting amazing results. Overall, the spray from this series is fantastic, and the mask is also great. However, the shampoo... My hair is bleached blonde, porous, and the ends are a bit dry. The quality of my hair itself is normal, but my scalp gets greasy very quickly, so I have to wash my hair every day.

In conclusion, the mask and spray are great, but the shampoo is a disappointment.

Today, I received the shampoo and conditioner. I used it for the first time and my hair looks great - it's smooth, shiny, and voluminous. You don't need to use a lot of product, so it seems to be quite economical.
Before this, I tried the brand Inebrya, which was also good, but I had to use a lot of shampoo and apply the conditioner twice to achieve a nice effect. Otherwise, my hair would get tangled and not look very good.
I really like this product line so far, and the scent is amazing. I will see how long it lasts and how my hair continues to look.

My hair feels dirty, it remains sticky after shampooing, it stands up like it's been lacquered, it's incredibly difficult to wash out (even when you use just a drop). It's just unpleasant to touch my hair. The comb gets stuck, it's impossible to comb through. When I used my additional care products like masks/leave-in conditioners, it didn't just not improve, it only got worse. This is the first time in my life that a shampoo has made me so angry that I went back to washing my hair with my regular favorite Elseve shampoo.

Unfortunately, it did not work for me as it caused dandruff, even though my scalp and hair are not typically sensitive. Even Pantene worked fine for me without any issues.
