The Italian decorative cosmetics brand Nouba was created by the artist, makeup artist, and remarkable woman Rosie Armanini. Like most creative individuals, she adored traveling and found inspiration in her journeys. During one of her numerous trips to Africa, Ms. Armanini observed one of the Nubian tribes.
