Excellent price-quality ratio. I decolorize and dye my hair gray every one and a half to two months. I also constantly use a violet shampoo and conditioner. I bought this cream (shade Pearl Grey) to maintain the color. It is a very worthy product, smells nice, dyes evenly, and removes yellowing. The result lasts for about a week. On ashy blond hair, it gives a dark gray color, especially at the roots. I am satisfied with the result and will buy it again.

I chose the gray color, and I really liked it. It effectively eliminated any redness and resulted in a beautiful cool shade, just as I wanted.
The only thing that was able to dye my hair the desired red color. We have tried everything with my stylist, any dye would wash out after a few times. I have already washed my hair four times and they are just as vibrant as they were 1.5 weeks ago.
I am extremely dissatisfied! Not only was the delivery unclear, but it was also delayed. The delivery was supposed to be on Monday, but it only arrived on Wednesday, and that was after I contacted them and they bothered to inform me that it would not be delivered on time. In the end, I received it only on Saturday, one and a half weeks after placing the order.
Furthermore, it turned out that there was an error on the website. I selected the pink tube of Rose Pomelo based on the image, but I received a completely different violet one that doesn't even exist.
