How to use:
In an aroma lamp – 2-5 drops per 15 m2.

For massage - 5-10 drops per 20 ml of fatty base. Massage is particularly recommended for flatulence in children, abdominal spasms, respiratory diseases.
To enrich creams and lotions – 5-7 drops per 10 ml of base. Cosmetic products enriched with fennel essential oil and vegetable fats are used as a moisturizing agent for the face and body, as well as a means to improve muscle trophicity.
