For reflexology massage - mix with carrier oil in a 1:1 ratio.

In the bath - 1-2 drops of oil, pre-mixed with an emulsifier (1/4—1/3 cup of milk, whey, sea salt, or table salt solution). Use 2-3 hours before sleep.

For saunas - 4-5 drops per 15 m².

To enrich cosmetic products - 3-4 drops per 15 g of base.
