I decided to try out a 10 ml sample of this oil and compared it to another oil from the brand "Aromatika" that I had stored for 10 years specifically for this purpose of distinguishing aromas. The result: In the modern bottle, only 20% of the original juniper aroma remains. The remaining 80% of the "liquid" smells like cheap shoe cream and car air freshener. The keyword here is "cheap"! Overall, "Aromatika" has deteriorated. I do not recommend it.
P.S. In the photo, the old bottle has a white cap and the new one has a black cap.
The smell is hardly noticeable.
Terrible liquid! I added a bit to my bath, and my body immediately started tingling and itching. Do not buy this rubbish.
The scent is piney, but not quite like the smell of an actual juniper tree. Still, it is pleasant.
The scent is rich, but it doesn't resemble juniper (if compared to a live tree) at all. My first association is with the "Zvezdochka" balm. It's not even your typical fir/pine tree.
To be honest, this is water with the scent of juniper. It is a very thin oil that I bought for my aromatherapy lamp during the virus period. The scent is minimal. When you drop it from the bottle, it pours out like water. I'm disappointed...
The oil has a concentrated aroma, but when applied to the body, it smells good. I bought it to support my health and inhale the oil by applying it under my nose. Such a remedy is useful during cold and painful periods.
I really liked it: it strengthens the hair, improves the skin, smells good, and I think it will also cope with what is expected from this type of essential oil.
