Cold-pressed oil is extracted from purified pumpkin seeds and further purified through a sedimentation process. This oil contains about 80% unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins A, C, E, and K, B1, B2, B6, and beta-carotene. It has a supple effect, preventing the formation of stretch marks. Due to its high potassium content, the oil has a lightening effect on scars and blemishes. It is perfectly suited for all skin types, especially mature skin.
How to use: For massage - add 4-5 drops to 10-15 ml of your favorite carrier oil and perform the massage yourself, preferably using classical techniques.
For sauna - add 4-6 drops into a ladle of water and pour over the stones.
For baths - dilute 5-7 drops in a small amount of carrier oil and add to 1/3 of hot water in the bath. Bath time should be limited to 15-20 minutes.
For facial care - add 1-2 drops of oil to a portion of your cream.
