The Neess Gel Hybrid Polish Base Coat doesn't require curing under a UV lamp and allows for the removal of hybrid polish without the use of acetone or a nail drill! Simply lift it gently with a stick or a metal spatula to remove the polish. Save time and change your hybrid manicure as often as you wish!

The base coat is recommended for short nails that slightly extend beyond the nail bed cushion. It works perfectly on gel nails. Ideally suited for weak nails, as it doesn't require buffing of the nail plate or the use of a primer before application.
