Beard Balm Proraso Azur Lime Beard Balm

Regarding the general balm - everything is great!
To elaborate, I have been wearing a beard for 5 years, so I have tried quite a few balms and conditioners for beard styling.
This balm is perfect in terms of scent, truly fresh with a citrusy aroma. Men who visit barbershops and use old-school colognes will be completely satisfied with the scent.
I also use the Proraso Cypress & Vetyver Beard Balm, which I also like. However, this balm is slightly thicker than the one mentioned above, but it's not a big deal.
This balm is suitable and necessary for those with a really big, thick beard. It is not suitable for stubble.
I want to share how to achieve the perfect effect when styling the beard:
- Wash the beard with shampoo.
- Use conditioner on the beard (not mandatory but desirable as it makes the hair much softer and straighter; the conditioner costs 130 UAH).
- Apply the balm to the washed, clean, slightly damp beard, massaging it into the hair and skin.
- Take a comb and a hairdryer, and start drying the beard at a medium temperature, shaping it as desired. The warm air acts as a hair straightener.
The effect is great, I have been styling my beard this way for years, and it works perfectly!

I ordered this product for my boyfriend based on a recommendation from a barber for softening hair. When he uses it, after some time his mustache really does stop itching. However, it starts itching again once he stops using it. We don't have anything to compare it with, as he usually doesn't use anything. The scent is citrusy and masculine, but the cap is not convenient since it needs to be unscrewed constantly. If anyone can recommend other beard products that prevent itching, soften beard and mustache hair, please advise! Overall, I think this product does the job, but there might be something better out there.

I did not like the fragrance at all. The description mentioned citrus notes with mint, and the word "lime" in the name suggests so, but it actually smells like a regular shower gel "Ultra Freshness 3000", which does not go well with my perfumes. If you are choosing it as a gift, I would recommend looking at other scents from the same line. The product itself is of good quality.

It has a very pleasant scent, like a fresh, clean man, and the fragrance lasts for a long time. The man says that it styles his beard well, but don't expect super strong hold. As for women, one of the advantages is that it doesn't leave any stickiness on the hands and doesn't cause any irritation or other skin problems.

Great balm, provides a slight hold, super moisturizing, lasts a long time, the lid is in good condition, highly recommend! I use it for clients at the hair salon.
