I purchased the shampoo, conditioner, and cream from this line and I am very satisfied with my additional care routine. I apply coconut oil to the length of my hair for at least 20 minutes. When it's time to rinse, I only use water. Once the oil is completely rinsed out with water, I apply foaming shampoo ONLY to the roots! Everything else rinses off naturally, so I rinse it out. Then I repeat the process with shampoo and rinse it out. I gently remove excess moisture with a towel and apply conditioner. I rinse it out with water at room temperature or colder after 1-2 minutes. Then I gently remove excess moisture with a towel, carefully style my hair, and apply the cream. I let my hair air dry and optionally apply a little more cream if desired. Once a week, I apply Sulsena oil to the roots. This routine has helped me restore my hair after a period of damage in just 2 months. My hair is very vibrant, nourished, and shiny. The shampoo didn't work for me at all. I have oily roots and dry ends. The shampoo doesn't clean well and dries out my hair even more with each use. The situation gets worse every time I use it. However, I really like the conditioner from this series.

This is just terrible!! It causes dandruff, as it contains silicone that clogs pores and triggers flaking. Ladies, don't buy it, look for something better without silicones, like the Garnier banana, papaya, aloe shampoo, or even the Garnier freshness boost shampoo.

- the large consumption of products,

- if you have dry scalp issues, this shampoo, like any other, but with glycerin at the top of the ingredients list, definitely won't work for you.
