Revitalizing Eye Cream CeraVe Eye Repair Cream

I really liked it, I have almost no issues with it, but the skin is tightened and looks great.

I have been using the CeraVe eye cream for about a month and a half now. I am 33 years old and don't have any specific visual needs or problems. Everything is "average" according to my age: beginner-level dark circles, a few shallow wrinkles under the eyes, light traces of crow's feet, and occasional puffiness. Additionally, my upper eyelids already hang noticeably, so my gaze constantly looks like I'm annoyed and unimpressed with humanity and the world. Let's not overlook my personal efforts either: regular beer consumption, smoking until recently, late nights, and forced wake-ups - it's quite a nourishing cocktail, I must say. With this cream, my dark circles have significantly diminished. My skin tone has become more even. There haven't been any major puffiness issues during the time I've been using it (I'm not sure if it's the cream's doing or if the planets have aligned). Thanks to the moisturizing effect, even the wrinkles appear less pronounced. They almost disappear immediately after use, but gradually reappear. However, considering that we're talking about an inexpensive cream and not a magical elixir, this is still a good effect. Recently (due to a promotion), I bought its companion (just to try if it's better) - Vichy Mineral 89 eye gel. Sometimes I apply them individually, and sometimes I layer the gel under the cream, which subjectively gives me a more intense moisturizing sensation (maybe it's the power of self-belief, or maybe it's not). I like both products, although they have polar opposite textures. However, Vichy is no longer very budget-friendly. If you're going for this "cocktail," you might as well look for a single, more moisturizing product, but from a different price range, such as La Roche-Posay Hialu B5, for example. If I had to choose, I would stick with CeraVe as my regular base care, considering its affordability. And then we'll see.

This product worked for me. I have been using it for more than a week now. Swelling around the eyes has indeed reduced, and there was also irritation on the eyelids which has disappeared as well. This is just an ordinary eye cream that slightly moisturizes and does nothing more. I think it might be fun for young girls to start with, but if there are already specific concerns like wrinkles or dryness, it is not sufficient. I use it to cover my skin after patches and it works fine for me, but I will be looking for something better.

If you are looking for a simple basic cream, this one is suitable. Before using it, I had dry skin with some flaking and redness around the eyes (due to a bad toner), but after using it, my skin returned to normal. I didn't feel any wow-level moisturization, but the dryness went away. I can't give feedback on wrinkles because I didn't have any. It's not a perfect product because it does make my eyes tear up and slightly sting (like when you sit in front of a computer for a long time or are in a dry room). Because of this, I won't be buying it again, but maybe someone with less sensitive eyes might have a different experience.

Be cautious when choosing your cream, always pay attention to the ingredients. In this cream, alcohol is listed as one of the first ingredients. Furthermore, silicones and PEG are also mentioned in the composition, which must be washed off. Due to the presence of silicones, it may seem like the cream smooths out wrinkles, but unfortunately, the effect is only cosmetic.
