In my case, it only worked when applied to very wet hair: easy to comb and straighten. However, it did not provide the expected wow-effect (shine and special glow). When applied to dry hair, it caused strong static and unpleasant dryness and stickiness immediately! The scent of the liquid is too intense for my liking. I have an oil and a product for dry ends from Kallos - they are no worse than these praised crystals.
