No effect whatsoever.

No results, it's a waste of money!!!

I read some negative reviews about this product, but since I didn't have any other options available, I decided to give it a try. I needed something to use in the last week before coloring my hair. My natural hair color is dark brown with visible roots, and I wanted to dye it a cool dark brown shade. One of the advantages of this conditioner is that it doesn't stain your hands, scalp, or anything around you. You simply apply it like a regular conditioner, the only difference is that I also apply it to my roots in this case. I leave it on for 5-7 minutes. The scent is not the best, a bit chemical, but it's not a big issue and I can tolerate it. As a conditioner, it works great - my hair becomes shiny and soft. The shade it gives is remarkable, both on the length and especially on the roots. They don't look perfect, but definitely better. Overall, it fulfilled its purpose quite well.

I'm almost done with it. I leave it on for 10 minutes. The effect is superb. My hair has a subtle cool, ashy tone. When I finish, I'll buy more.

I bought this balm in the old packaging. No matter how long I kept it, there was absolutely no effect: no toning, even minimal, no care. I will not buy it again.

I have been searching for a balm or shampoo that will tone down my red hair for a long time. I didn't notice any effect from this product. Maybe I should leave it on longer. I will try to leave it on for a longer time next time. It does dry out the hair a bit, so it's better not to use it too often.

In general, this balm does have an effect. It is slightly visible on colored hair and adds intensity to the color, but it does have a high consumption rate.
