Aromatherapy: Add 3-5 drops to a steaming bowl of hot water and lean over it to inhale the aromatic vapours with a towel draped over the head and the bowl.
Cosmetics: Add 2-5 drops for every 10-15 ml of your favourite cream, lotion, toner or shampoo.
Massage: Dilute 4-5 drops with 10 ml of your favourite carrier oil. Massage it into the skin in a clockwise motion for a few minutes.
Bath: Mix 3-4 drops of oil with 1 tablespoon of honey, milk and salt thoroughly until completely dissolved. Add the blend to a running bath. Soak time: 10-15 minutes.
