Golden Rose Smart Liner Matte & Intense Black Eyeliner Liquid Eyeliner

The eyeliner is indeed matte, but the claim that it "doesn't smudge or run" is not true. After an hour of application, it smudges in the corners of the eyes, and if the eyes tear up even slightly, it guarantees a "panda" look. I have been using Golden Rose eyeliners for over 10 years, but it seems that the formula has changed along with the design. I bought two different ones to try, and this one definitely did not impress me, so I will try another one. The brush in this eyeliner is made of some porous material that absorbs the eyeliner and applies it without the need for dipping, but I prefer the classic brush with bristles and a thin tip. The eyeliner itself easily dissolves in water. Perhaps it would be more suitable for girls with dry skin who don't have the same issues as me.
