Instructions for Use
Massage
Apply a few drops of the oil to your fingertips and massage into the skin. Almond oil can be used on its own, mixed with other carrier oils (such as avocado, peach kernel, grape seed, or jojoba) in equal proportions, or as a base for an aromatic blend with essential oils (2–3 drops of essential oil per tablespoon of carrier oil). For scalp massages, either use pure almond oil or mix it with jojoba oil in a 1:1 ratio.Enhancing Cosmetic Products
Add 10 drops of almond oil to 10 grams of cream or 10 ml of toner or lotion. For shampoos or hair conditioners, add 7–10 ml of almond oil per 100 ml of product.Masks, Applications, and Spot Treatments
For these procedures, almond oil can be used on its own, mixed with other plant oils in equal proportions, or as a base for dissolving essential oils in aromatic blends. For applications on problem areas of the body, neck, or face, especially for sagging and tired skin, and for wrinkle masks around the eyes, it is recommended to use an aromatic blend prepared by adding 1–2 drops each of sandalwood, rose, and lime essential oils to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil. Soak a cloth in this mixture and apply to the problem areas for 15–20 minutes, 1–2 times a day.Herpes Treatment
Apply a mixture of almond oil and lavender or tea tree essential oils (in equal proportions) to the affected areas 4–5 times a day.Treating Skin Hardenings
Apply pure almond oil or an aromatic blend with added essential oils of tea tree, lavender, or marjoram (1–2 drops per tablespoon of carrier oil) to the hardened areas 2–3 times a day. -
Prunus Amygdalus (Sweet Almond) Dulcis Oil
I use this oil for facial massage. It provides excellent nourishment, especially during cold weather. Over time, it has evened out my skin tone and made it firmer. The oil absorbs quickly, and I occasionally apply it around my eyes and lips.
This is a high-quality oil at a reasonable price. I use it as a preventive measure against stretch marks and so far, everything is good. Additionally, it moisturizes the skin well and absorbs much faster than olive or jojoba oil. When I'm in the mood, I combine it with UogaUoga orange seed oil, and they don't cause any conflicts on my skin.
