Sun Cream Gel La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo [+] SPF 30

This product is wonderful. The scent is very pleasant, reminiscent of lilac.

I applied the product in small dots, but the areas where I applied it swelled up. My face started to itch, and it seemed like I had burns in those areas. I decided to give the cream another try after a week, but the same reaction occurred.

I'm really sorry, but I had an allergic reaction to it - my entire face swelled up and my eyes were watering.

The product is downloaded when applied to the face, it spills and remains on clothing and hair. After a short period of time, the skin on the face starts to burn. I am not satisfied with the purchase.

I have combination and sensitive skin prone to breakouts, with oily shine on my chin and forehead, but at the same time I feel dryness on my cheeks and around my nose. I sought treatment for breakouts and the dermatologist recommended buying a cream with SPF. So I decided to try this one. After using my usual Effaclar Duo, this cream felt different and seemed "heavy". However, after a few weeks, I got used to it and now I absolutely love it. When I tried the regular version of Effaclar Duo again, it didn't feel the same anymore, as if it lacked moisturization. I consider this cream to be perfect for both summer and winter!

I tried it for the first time and was left with a positive impression. I liked its lightweight texture, as it doesn't cause any discomfort on the skin.

I didn't notice any effect. The version without sun protection is much better and doesn't feel on the skin like a film that sometimes peels off, even if you apply a small amount. It doesn't help like the previous cream without SPF, I don't even feel like reaching for this product.

It glides on smoothly on my face, which is something I haven't experienced before with creams.... I'm disappointed and won't be purchasing it again.

I bought this product based on the recommendation of a dermatologist since I have problem skin. The sensation from the cream is not very pleasant. I don't feel any moisturizing effect at all. On the contrary, it feels like rubbing something dry onto dry skin, which doesn't absorb well. The skin becomes tight, it burns for a while, and then itching is felt throughout the day. I didn't notice any improvement in acne. It slightly reduces redness. I used it for a few days and then put it aside.

Everything is fine, it is a good cream.

Honestly, I didn't like it at all. I couldn't properly evaluate it or see any effect because it would immediately roll off after application, even during application. Once I spread it on my face, there were already dried white clumps or it felt like I hadn't rinsed off toothpaste properly and there were white spots left. I always applied it on a clean washed face using the same brand's cleanser. I tried it on both dry and wet skin, and also tried applying it after thermal water or spraying it with it - it all looked the same, as if my skin was peeling off. It was a waste of money, especially considering the price for a 40ml tube. Unfortunately, this is the only product out of many others I have tried from La Roche-Posay that didn't work for me.

Overall, it doesn't resemble the Duo+ at all. It's quite dense and after an hour, it tends to roll off. For this price, you can definitely find something better for combination skin.

A decent cream. I used the regular duo before. For the summer, I decided to try this one. I have it together with the exfoliating gel and moisturizing N. I also use acids. As for SPF, it's not too strong. It does the job, but not under intense sunlight. That's why I use a different SPF. Other than that, it's a normal regular duo. The skin may appear shiny only for the first 10 minutes, and then it becomes normal. When it runs out, I'll consider whether to get a cream with SPF or without it.

I liked it! It is light, non-sticky, and not heavy. Ideal for combination skin with occasional breakouts and pimples because it does not clog pores or provoke acne. This is very important, it has sufficient SPF for daily use on hot summer days, a wonderful product!

Brand expert, you misunderstood my question. I wanted to know if your peeling gel can effectively remove SPF 30 in the SPF Duo + SPF 30 cream, and if it is waterproof (referring to the SPF). I heard that waterproof SPF requires a two-step cleansing process, using hydrophilic oil or micellar water initially. Or does your peeling gel from your series effectively remove La Roche-Posay Duo + SPF 30 without the need for additional cleansing?

Clogs pores, causes greasy complexion, not suitable for oily skin.

The cream didn't work for me, I developed an allergic reaction on my face with red spots. Before applying it on my face, I first tested it on my hand and everything was fine. However, after using it on my face, I noticed the appearance of small spots the next day. It's a pity because I really love and use various products from the La Roche-Posay brand, but this cream didn't work out for me.

Applies excellently. Slightly denser than just Duo+. No rolling or clumping at all.

I have been using Effaclar Duo for a year now and decided to try the Effaclar Duo with SPF for the summer. The consistency of this product is a bit on the greasy side, so I apply less of it, but overall, everything seems to be fine.

I am very satisfied with this cream. I don't understand at all what people are talking about when they mention rolling up. I haven't noticed anything like that. I bought the entire Effaclar line. I like everything except for this cream. In hot weather, when my face and neck sweat, the cream instantly rolls into white clumps and flakes off or gets stuck in my hair. I tried applying it thickly, as sunscreens require, and very thinly - the result is the same. Unfortunately, I couldn't evaluate its sun protection benefits because I didn't stay in the sun for long. But overall, this product is completely unsuitable for daily use.

Never apply it under foundation! It starts to roll off after a few hours and gives the sensation/appearance of very flaky skin.

Great cream, when used in combination with the gel and tonic, gives excellent results. The skin looks significantly better. I use it under makeup.
