I received a counterfeit product, the packaging is not original, and the cassettes are not sealed. I have been using them for my whole life, just so you know. I won't be buying cassettes from here anymore! Now I understand why the price was cheaper.
And yes, if I buy a product, it should be exactly like the one in the photo! Either update the photo on time or don't sell products that don't match the picture.
It's a shame that you are taking advantage of the ineffective consumer protection laws in Ukraine!
These products are extremely scratchy and cause irritation to the skin.

The cassette is completely different from the picture on the box, and moreover, it doesn't resemble the original. It's the first time I've seen something like this from Venus, specifically referring to these metallic vertical strips on the sides of the blades.
The cassette doesn't have a serial number, and the "moisturizing" strip is not moisturizing at all. Additionally, the cassette itself is packaged in an open plastic container. It gives the impression that the product is counterfeit.
The best products from Venus, I have been using them for around 10 years. I highly recommend them wholeheartedly.
I am absolutely delighted with this product. I have been using it for a year now. I purchased a machine and a couple of replacement cartridges. Before, I would constantly hurt and scratch myself. But this product is simply a dream.
Worse than disposable razors, these blades not only scratch but also irritate the skin.

I used to buy this product before, and it lasted for a long time. I was satisfied with it. However, my recent purchase was disappointing because the blades became dull too quickly. I won't buy it again.
I have been using this product for a long time. I agree that the quality of the cassettes has deteriorated significantly. They dull quickly, rust, leave scratches, and the moisturizing layer wears off rapidly. I have never had any issues with them before. I still have an old cassette from last summer at my country house, and it shaves better than these cassettes in their second or third use. I have purchased them from other places as well, but I haven't found any alternatives yet.
The cassettes are superb. I always use them, knowing for sure that they are original. If you have any doubts about the authenticity of the cassettes, Google how to distinguish an original Gillette Venus from a fake and compare!
I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from Makeup for the first time. I have been using these razors my entire life and was so confident in their quality that I didn't even bother reading reviews before buying them, which was a mistake. Even the oldest blades that I have used multiple times never caused as many cuts, scratches, and irritation on my skin as the blades from this set. Nine hours after shaving, my body still feels like it's burning. Neither aloe gel nor Panthenol helps. I will only be able to wear jeans for the foreseeable future. I am very angry at Makeup and their claim of selling "only genuine products." The set of four razors is going straight into the trash.
Great cassettes at a great price. I have been using them for many years. I bought them for the first time at Makeup and they are of the same quality as always. I use them with Gillette Soft Touch gel (underarms, bikini) or simply with a foamy shower gel (legs).
I always buy here without hesitation - a pack of 2 pieces. The quality is excellent.

These cassettes are terrible, I will not buy them again ((( Gillette Venus Embrace, on the other hand, is a much better brand.

I have been using these cassettes since 2001, so I have something to compare them to. On the second shave, the "soothing" strip peeled off. The blades do not shave very smoothly and cleanly, you have to go over the same area several times (with a NEW blade). Irritation from scratching appeared in several places on my leg, the last time I experienced this was over ten years ago on youthful skin :)
The only worse order was when I bought a cassette individually at the nearest kiosk, and instead of a strip, there was just a blue piece of plastic :)

These blades cause irritation instead of providing a clean shave! I have never had so many cuts even with the most basic razors! It's simply horrifying! I had to throw them away because subjecting myself to such torture is unbearable.
