The olfactory pyramid of Allvernum Coffee & Amber Eau de Parfum:
Top notes delight with the freshness of juicy pear, citrusy neroli shades and spicy pink pepper nuances.
Heart notes blend an unexpected duo of invigorating coffee and delicate jasmine.
Base notes complete the composition with sensual amber, smoky patchouli and sweet vanilla, creating an alluring trail.
The fragrance is sweet, but more like a pastry shop than coffee. It lacks depth and doesn't develop much over time. The scent remains the same from beginning to end. It lasts for about three hours, no longer. It's cozy enough for winter. I really like the minimalist design.
I bought it out of curiosity, attracted by the name Coffee. However, I don't smell any coffee scent. Mostly, I smell vanilla with a hint of jasmine. The longevity is around three hours if you apply 3-4 sprays. The bottle looks very elegant. It's worth the money.
A very pleasant water, indeed in essence - it's a slightly blurred Black Opium. Perfect for the summer season and hot weather, for me it's the exact concentration of amber that brings pleasure rather than suffocation. Definitely going to repeat it again. I deducted a star for its weak longevity - two hours is the maximum.
I perceive this fragrance as reminiscent of "Golden Key" candy iris sweets. It is exclusively suitable for home use - just wake up in the morning, spray it a couple of times, and head to the kitchen to prepare breakfast. Comparing it to Opium is beyond my imagination... Many people agree with me on this.
This fragrance is very pleasant, warm, and cozy. It is an affordable alternative to Black Opium.
My nose detected a clear resemblance to Black Opium YSL, perhaps due to the presence of coffee in the pyramid. Although, upon opening, this coffee smells more like sweet black tea to me. It has a very deep and pleasant scent. It is thick and flowing, truly gourmet. Sometimes, I even feel like devouring myself because it is that good. And in terms of longevity, it is just as good as luxury brands, and even surpasses some. The quality is much higher than the price.
