The shampoo is very difficult to wash out of the hair, leaving a film that doesn't rinse off easily. It also has a high consumption rate. What really upset me is that all the information on the bottle is in a foreign language, even though there is a law in Ukraine that requires information on imported products to be duplicated in Ukrainian.

Does not relieve itching. Personally, it even increases it for me. I did not feel any therapeutic effects. Overall, it is an average shampoo.

It is too early for me to judge the effectiveness as I have only used it twice, along with the conditioner. However, I have noticed that it doesn't foam well and the shampoo itself is watery, resulting in a significant product wastage.

I have been using this shampoo for a couple of months now, and it's just an ordinary shampoo. I can't say anything bad about it, but it somehow didn't impress me.

I purchased this product at a discounted price due to its expiration date. After washing my hair, it easily gets detangled without the need for conditioner, and it maintains a feeling of freshness and cleanliness. My hair feels light and shiny, although the frequency of washing hasn't changed. I liked it, although I'm not particularly impressed with the scent. I would gladly buy it again in the future at a promotional price.

This is a very good soothing shampoo for sensitive scalp. It effectively relieves itchiness. However, it does not fully normalize the oily balance. In fact, due to its creamy texture, it may slightly contribute to greasiness. It is recommended to use it in conjunction with a clarifying shampoo.

A pleasant creamy texture that rinses off easily (although it does require a significant amount), cleanses well, down to the squeaky clean feeling. A conditioner is necessary afterwards, but only for the hair, not the scalp. It is gentle, and the scalp truly feels soothed and stops itching, although this effect is temporary and diminishes as the hair gets dirtier. It doesn't normalize the "greasy roots - dry ends" situation, so I have to wash my hair every other day. The hair itself hasn't changed, but in principle, the shampoo primarily promised to act on the scalp, so I wasn't expecting anything extraordinary. It should work well for those who use styling products, as the difference will be more noticeable. It's nice and decent, but for this price, you can find more deserving alternatives. It's not medicinal, rather symptomatic.

I give it 5 stars. I have tried many shampoos for sensitive scalp, and none of them relieve itching and redness. However, this shampoo successfully tackles these issues 100%. It doesn't completely get rid of dandruff, but during its treatment, it provides comfort for the scalp.
