Ladies, remember that micellar water is only the first step in facial cleansing and makeup removal, and should not be used as a toner without rinsing. After using it, I use a microfiber cloth to remove the makeup and then cleanse my face with a gel or Belde face wash. Afterwards, I use a toner, serum, and moisturizer. Overall, this micellar water deserves four stars as it fulfills its purpose effectively.

This micellar water is good... it easily removes long-lasting makeup, but not waterproof makeup... for that, only oil-based cleansers can handle it, not micellar water.
