Wash your hair with shampoo and towel-dry it, then comb thoroughly. Twist sections of your hair into rollers. Start from the crown and move towards the nape, then proceed upwards along the sides. Generously apply curling lotion to your rolled hair, cover with a foil cap, and wrap with a towel. Wait for 10-30 minutes. For normal and non-resistant hair, the processing time should be over 30 minutes, while for delicate, colored, and weakened hair, it should be 15 minutes.
