Use once a day after brushing the teeth or at any other time of the day. In some cases, more often use may be required as directed by the dentist. Open the lid, turn it upside down and fill up to the drawn line (exact dosage 10 ml). Rinse the mouth for 30 seconds, then spit out. Do not swallow the product or rinse the mouth with water immediately after use.

Mouthwash, just like any other mouthwash. It has a tangy taste, similar to after eating persimmon. Not overwhelmingly minty. Comparing it to the extremely strong and ineffective Listerine, this one is much better. However, I didn't see anything "fantastic" about it. Most likely, I will purchase it again.

This is an excellent rinse, it does its job well. Someone in the reviews mentioned that there is no feeling of freshness and that it's sticky - I didn't experience anything sticky and it provides a normal feeling of freshness.
