Dermacol Acneclear Intensive Anti-Acne Treatment is an effective remedy designed specifically for people struggling with skin imperfections, such as acne and pimples. The remedy works effectively on oily and combination skin types, eliminating visible blemishes and reducing their severity. It prevents the formation of acne and soothes the redness of the skin, working locally on problem areas.
The formula of the product is enriched with Australian Tea Tree oil which eliminates blemishes and normalizes the sebaceous glands' work, preventing acne and pimples. A topical cream provides an antiseptic effect, relieving irritation and redness.
This remedy accelerates the healing process, restores the hydrolipidic balance of the skin, and evens out its texture vigorously.

Apply as needed directly to the problem area.
In general, Dermacol creams are good. I got this one for my daughter. It helps nicely and quickly. It dries out inflamed pimples. We are satisfied for now. And of course, if we pay attention to what we eat, we will need to apply it less.
So, I finally decided to make a purchase. I must say that I have no idea how it works on regular pimples. I bought it for occasional imposters, who knows why and it's not clear how they are eliminated. IT WORKS! A couple of times at night and the problem disappears, whereas it could have lasted for weeks. The order was shipped from the EU warehouse.
There is no effect.
Regarding the previous review... I would trust the effectiveness of salicylic acid more than this product! Yes, it does have some antiseptic properties, but it's not worth expecting anything extraordinary from it!
This is some kind of magic. I have been struggling with subcutaneous pimples for half a year, and they just don't go away. They dry up in one place and three more appear nearby, and it goes on in a circle. I have tried all clay masks and spot treatments, and this one was the last on my list because it seemed unserious to me. For three days, I applied it in the morning and evening, and everything disappeared! They simply dried up and stopped forming! I used it in combination with the Garnier 3-in-1 clay mask with salicylic acid, and together they saved my cheek! Hooray. I definitely recommend it.
