The light ash-brown color is really disappointing, it even seems to enhance the redness. What a letdown! I used it together with the same shampoo. Over 800 UAH wasted. Only one star because it doesn't dry out the hair.

I had high hopes, but hope didn't have me 🤭 Before/after 10-minute exposure! Please, don't write that the result will only be seen if you use the entire line of products. The product either tones or it doesn't. Unfortunately, this mask doesn't work. It doesn't make my hair porous. Since I have a natural base, I was looking for a toning mask to eliminate the reddish color, as the base is cool. Don't waste your money) And I'm going to continue searching)

Good shampoo. It does dry out the hair a bit (like all blue shampoos), but it does the job well. Use it once a week is enough (I wash my hair 3-4 times a week).
I didn't understand what I paid for at all. It would have been better to just dye my hair. I wanted to cool down my hair a bit before the next dyeing session after washing out the black. There was absolutely no effect. Although my hair was lightened. A very strange product.
This is the first product that I have felt the effect of in home conditions. Before this, I usually used purple shampoos. Right now, I am lightening my hair, going from shade 6 to 7, and thanks to this mask, I am able to avoid obvious reddish tones. The main thing is to apply it evenly, comb it through the entire length, and I also slightly lather my hair with the mask to penetrate deep into the strands.
The hair color doesn't seem to be affected... There's no neutralization of warm tones, and thankfully it doesn't give any green hue. Although, theoretically, I have dark blonde hair. I've extended the time and I'm using the entire range... I thought maybe there would be a cumulative effect, but unfortunately not... I use it like regular shampoo, conditioner, and mask... The hair is smooth and full, but lacking the desired shade. I wouldn't say that the range is bad. Perhaps it simply doesn't suit my hair. It slightly stains the hands, but it washes off well with soap, so I no longer use gloves.
I really liked the effect. It's necessary to apply it with gloves, but the result is a very beautiful cool shade, perfect for at-home use.
I had high hopes for this product. I bought it on sale, and it's a good thing I didn't pay full price. I have dark auburn hair and I wanted to get rid of the reddish tint at the ends. This mask didn't do anything at all, not on the first application, nor afterwards, not even a little bit. I won't be buying it again. I am very disappointed with this purchase.
At level 6-7, there is no effect whatsoever. The hair is soft, and that's it. However, it takes a long time to play around with. I do not recommend it.
On a scale of 0 to 5, it doesn't even reach level 1. It feels like it even damages the paint. I do not recommend wasting money on this.
The hair dye turned my hair blue! The packaging said to leave it on for 5-10 minutes, and that's exactly what I did. I have dark blonde hair. As a result, my hair turned a grayish-green color, with some areas even dyed blue. It's absolutely terrible! This blue shade doesn't even come off with lemon juice.
I didn't try this mask right away, at first it seemed like there was no effect. However, with consistent use and following the manufacturer's recommendations accurately, there is indeed a noticeable effect for both me and those around me. Hair that was an unpleasant coppery red color gains a noble beige tone. I recommend it, but only on the condition of continuous usage!
The hair quality is superb. It does not tangle or become static, it is soft, bouncy, rich, and has a great root volume - 100% result. My hair was damaged by a sunburn spray. Its color is now cooler, lighter on the strands than in the photo, and slightly - slightly more yellowish, like brass. The shampoo, conditioner, and mask from this series have had 0% effect on changing the color. It makes sense to use the shampoo and conditioner from this series, I will also buy the leave-in conditioner, but not the mask.
The mask is fantastic! My hair feels soft after using it. However, as a neutralizer, it doesn't do anything at all. The blue tint completely washes away, leaving my hair with the same shade as before applying the mask.
My favorite, the best mask! ❤️ In just 5 minutes, it gives your hair a light ashy shade.

This mask is great. It tones wonderfully, although the next day my scalp feels oily. However, after that, it's fine and doesn't dry out my scalp.
