Fill the cap of the bottle with the mouthwash. Do not dilute. Rinse for 1-2 minutes. Use it after brushing teeth or after eating.
I can't say that this is an amazing whitening mouthwash, but the taste is quite decent and it doesn't burn. However, after using it, you need to rinse your mouth thoroughly because it leaves a blue residue on your tongue and slightly stains it.
The liquid inside is of a rather dark blue color. I liked the taste less compared to the classic Colgate mouthwashes sold in Ukraine.
There is some sweetener in it that stays on the tongue and starts to ferment.
The liquid is quite strong, it burns the mucous membrane if there are any damages. It helps with whitening. But I didn't feel any significant differences in this aspect compared to the classic mouthwashes.
