I am satisfied with the conditioner! It leaves a pleasant smell on my hair, as if I just had expensive salon treatments!
One of the few positives is the decent smell. However, that's about it. After using it, the hair becomes difficult to comb and gets frizzy, becoming unruly.
The scent is amazing! However, that's the only positive aspect. It does not moisturize the hair at all! It has zero effect and is a waste of money. I have dry hair, and the CHI Keratin series does not make my hair smooth or soft.
The scent is weak and not overpowering, I was expecting it to be more delicious. The conditioner performs decently, I would rate it a 4. I will continue to use it, but I will not be ordering it again.
I have been using CHI products for about 2 years now, and this is the third series of their products that I have tried, and it has been the most successful for me. I have natural, uncolored, shoulder-length, brown hair that is normal in terms of oiliness and thick in texture. I use the shampoo and conditioner from this line, occasionally using a mask from another brand (which is more budget-friendly), and it is sufficient for me. My hair is shiny and vibrant, and I also regularly use a straightening iron.
I prefer concentrated products, and the manufacturer has pleased me in this aspect as well, as the usage is very economical. The scent of this series is a whole separate topic: it is exquisite, subtle, light, expensive, and provides a complete aromatherapy experience while washing my hair. I can still smell it on my hair even until the next day, but it is very subtle and somehow blends perfectly with any perfume I wear.
The only downside is that the 355ml bottle does not come with a dispenser for some reason, and the conditioner is quite thick (fortunately, I had a dispenser from another series, so I was lucky). I think the manufacturer should have included a dispenser in this series as well, as it would make everything perfect.

The conditioner is simply amazing. I use it after applying a mask from a different brand. My hair feels as soft as if I just left a salon. The product has a rich scent, but I personally like it. It justifies every penny spent, although I didn't purchase it here.

I absolutely love the CHI brand, both their shampoos and conditioners. This particular line is no exception. The scents are heavenly and they linger on the hair for a long time. The hair itself becomes weightless, voluminous, and extremely soft. I have naturally long hair, and with these products, it looks and feels like baby hair. The usage is very economical (which is important to me because I have oily scalp and need to wash my hair every other day). I only need a small amount of shampoo, like a pea-sized drop, whereas in my case, I use a bit more of the conditioner. Thank you, makeup!

I purchased this conditioner along with the shampoo from the same series and I am very satisfied. I usually apply the conditioner for about 5-10 minutes, while combing my hair with a special comb designed for wet hair, which already has the product applied. Then I rinse it off. My hair smells great, feels soft, and looks silky. I haven't used it with shampoo from another brand.

Good conditioner, I was looking for a replacement for Davines, as the prices for it are astronomical now. My hair is colored but not bleached, and this conditioner worked for me, but it might be too weak for severely damaged hair. The scent is pleasant. For those who have used this oil, if you combine it with something else, your hair will be super, but the credit will mostly go to the oil.

This is just pointless. I understand that it's a conditioner and not a mask, but... I will never buy it again. Although I absolutely adore the oil from this series, with the gentlest love.
Dyed, thin and dry hair - it fits perfectly! I am currently using it exclusively.
The scent is amazing, but I didn't notice any special moisturizing effect. My hair is naturally medium-density and brown, with dry ends and oily roots. The conditioner slightly smooths them out, but also weighs them down. However, it doesn't provide the smoothness and silkiness I expected. You can find better options for this price, but the fragrance is reminiscent of expensive perfume and unlike any other well-known fragrance I know.
The hair is natural, light brown, untreated, thin, and dry in length. The conditioner slightly softens the hair and that's it. During rinsing, they don't feel nourished, flowing, or slippery, and they don't become silkier either. After drying, the detangling process is not easier, everything is as usual. It's a mediocre product. In one of the reviews, I read that the conditioner with argan oil is better. I've tried the one with argan oil, and indeed, it is better. I do not recommend this one. Even though it is more expensive than its argan oil counterpart, it does not surpass it in terms of quality impact.
