I ordered this product and received a product manufactured in February 2020! Boy oh boy! The product had been sitting in the warehouse for almost 2.5 years and they tried to pass it off to me! The product looks completely different, with an old packaging design, even though the photo showed the new version and I paid for the new version! I couldn't even imagine that they would try to give me some outdated product! When I called customer service, they said that they cannot replace/return the product because the packaging is not airtight (it simply unscrews)! So basically, the law regarding a 14-day return policy for makeup doesn't apply! To say that I am shocked is an understatement! I will contact the consumer rights protection service and waste my time because this shouldn't be happening! You buy one thing, but end up with a pig in a poke, and you can't even return it! And where is the guarantee that nobody tampered with the product and that the terms (12 months after opening) haven't been violated?
The composition is very chemical, it stings the eyes. I thought that production in Austria would solve everything, but no...
