Bell Hypoallergenic Aqua Jelly Make-Up Moisturizing Foundation-Jelly

I bought this product based on a recommendation from TikTok. I have combination skin and always have some breakouts. The foundation truly doesn't affect them, which is the most important thing for me. The coverage is very nice, providing a natural matte finish. What I like the most is that it is quite dense, meaning it effectively conceals imperfections.

For its price, it is almost perfect. It matched well in terms of tone.

Well, how can I ignore this recommendation from a social media platform by a cosmetologist girl? I need it too! I am someone who really, really loves different foundations and have tried many of them. But as I am getting older, I am 42 years old, I want something light and weightless on my face because lately, other foundations have been clogging my pores and causing random breakouts. So I decided to try this one. Let me tell you, I liked it right away. It is lightweight and you can't see it on my face, although it is not long-lasting. But I have oily skin, so even super mattifying ones don't stay on me, so it's normal for me. I want to mention that shade number 3 is light with a yellow undertone.

Great foundation. I apply it over my daily moisturizer. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this product for girls/women with thin, fair skin who suffer from excessive dryness or have experienced allergies. I personally had a severe allergy (to medication) which caused red patches on my skin, and I still needed to go to work. I used this product to even out my complexion, and it didn't sting or cause any itching. This is the only product I have been purchasing for years. It is of very high quality.

Shade 02 is suitable for light skin. It doesn't overly cover the skin tone, and for full coverage, it needs to be applied in several layers.

I have allergies to all cosmetics, but this foundation does not cause any allergies even when applied on or around the eyes.

Cons:
The dispenser only dispenses a large amount of cream. I waste 2/3 of it each time. As a result, the foundation finishes very quickly. If we translate this into money, a bottle with a poor dispenser equals a bottle with a normal dispenser costing around 750 UAH.

My skin is dry and fair.

One downside is the shade 01-Light porcelain, it should be white, light, definitely not a saturated yellow. Luckily, it looks a bit lighter on the face and adapts to the skin tone. Definitely not for very fair-skinned people.
The coverage is average, it also moderately hides imperfections.
I don't know about moisturization, but there is definitely a sticky effect. The whole face feels sticky, like I'm a sticky tape attracting flies.
It doesn't sit evenly on the face, with bumps and patches. I've tried applying it with fingers and brushes, but it's the same result.

On the plus side, if you don't nitpick, it looks natural and doesn't emphasize dryness, flakes, hair, wrinkles under the eyes, etc.
If it is truly hypoallergenic and doesn't cause itching or breakouts in the future, I will buy another foundation from the same hypoallergenic brand, Bell. Maybe they will have lighter shades for me and a better consistency.

I have been ordering Bell cosmetics not for the first time. I am pleased with both the quality and the prices))) I used to use their CC cream, but it is currently out of stock, so I took a risk and ordered the moisturizing mattifying fluid. And I don't regret it. It is perfect for my fair, oily skin type. It truly mattifies for a long time, around 6 hours, which was not the case with the CC cream. The texture is light and you don't feel it on your face. The color seems to have a slight yellowish tint (I got the first shade), but this feeling disappears upon application. If you are looking for a mattifying, lightweight foundation (more like BB), I recommend giving it a try))))

I expected more from this foundation. A third of my makeup bag consists of Bell products, but this one didn't work for me. The bottle is convenient, but the dispenser has a drawback - it's difficult to squeeze out the cream neatly, as it requires a lot of pressure and shoots out too much (and far too). It emphasizes every bit of dryness, even those that were not initially visible. And this is with a well-moisturized face... I tried to get used to it, applied it with my fingers, brush, and sponge - it sits poorly on the face regardless of the method.

This is not my first foundation from Bell. I have previously tried their BB cream (which was excellent) and their CC cream (the best foundation ever). However, this one is honestly a disappointment, much to my surprise.

The most unpleasant thing is discovering a completely matte finish in a cream that claims to have an Aqua-Jelly make up. Additionally, it accentuates the lines around my nose and mouth, which are usually not noticeable. I will not purchase it again.
