This is a question for the manufacturer. In the early years of its release, it was more long-lasting. I tested the fragrance by ordering from several suppliers for comparison. I also tried Lanvin Marry Me, which has very similar notes. Its longevity is on a high level. If you have been using Eclat d'arpege, give Marry Me a try. You won't regret it.
