From this range, Tropical Wood was a very cool vanilla-infused and fruity fragrance. However, it is not suitable for everyday use and is not available in a large size.

My favorite Montale! The scent is practically identical to cheap perfumes from my mom's youth. I like it, but men can't stand it! It's like that with everyone, both old and young. You should only buy it after testing it out! I rate it 5 stars (I love "kill everything alive" scents, heavy and sweet), but men rate it as a repellent for "women over 70."
In my opinion, the lightest Montale fragrance is perfect for a beach getaway. It has a lot of tropical notes which give it a slightly heavy feel due to its oiliness. The longevity and sillage of this fragrance are commendable.
This perfume is absolutely luxurious and long-lasting! I bought it without testing based on the reviews, as a surprise for a special occasion. The only thing is, I got the 50ml bottle. It's not transparent, so it's hard to tell how much liquid is actually in there. It feels very light to the touch (I have something to compare it to).
