The olfactory pyramid of Avon Rare Pearls Eau de Parfum:
Top notes open the composition with floral rosewood and sparkling aldehydes, complemented by fresh green accords.
Heart notes reveal delicate magnolia flowers, spicy pepper and sweet plum.
Base notes are woven from earthy shades of musk, patchouli and sandalwood.
I have been using this fragrance for several years. Many people have asked me about this perfume, even the chief accountant, although I couldn't personally smell it myself. Perhaps it was in harmony with me. But then it disappeared and I had to look for another one.
Interesting, non-trivial fragrance. It has a heavy, long-lasting, slightly retro scent. It's a matter of personal preference. It's better to start with a sample or mini version when getting acquainted with it. Usually, people either love it or strongly dislike it. In my opinion, it's worth considering.
These are my favorite perfumes, starting from their first appearance in Avon. I always ordered them and was terribly saddened when they disappeared from sale and Avon catalogs. For about six years, I could only remember this scent because I didn't throw away the last bottle, but kept it for memory. And when I saw them in your catalog, I immediately placed an order. Thank you! Now I am reunited with my beloved Rare Pearls again!
I did not like it. From the first notes and at close range, it reminds me of my grandfather's cologne "Troyshoy." However, after some time, it fades away and leaves a pleasant floral trail - as if you are passing by a blooming jasmine bush. Overall, the fragrance has its pros and cons, but I definitely won't buy it again. And I'm not even sure what to do with the first one, I definitely won't be able to use it, it's just not for me.
The fragrance is too sharp and sweet.
A beautiful scent for a good price. I love Avon perfumes for their long-lasting fragrance and affordability.
Very nice smell. It lasts long and has a lingering trail.
All the waters with the prefix "rare," which, in translation, means precious treasure, are very good - gold, narcissus, orchid, pearl. They have all returned to the perfume market in a new execution. They are all very long-lasting and each of them is Avon's signature, with very interesting scents and a recognizable note. For such masterpieces, the price is very small. I have all of them, except Amethyst, which is a very heavy perfume. But otherwise, it is important to follow the dosage.
Wonderful scent, I found my own. It's a pity that it's now rarely available.
