Golden Rose True Kohl Eye Pencil

I purchased the black one and I am extremely satisfied. It is intensely black from the first application.

This pencil is excellent. It is soft enough and applies easily. It blends beautifully.

I've been searching for a long time for a replacement for the Belarusian Lux Visage 15-ton makeup. I use it to draw both eyeliner and fill in my eyebrows.

Finally! This pencil is simply amazing! I was looking for one that would provide excellent quality and meet my requirements at a reasonable price. It draws a wonderful line, doesn't smudge, it's soft but doesn't bend like clay. Erases well. Long-lasting, black! Overall, I'm glad I came back to it after all these years. This brand used to be sold in cheap stalls with underwear near metro stations, including lacquer. Even back then, I noticed this manufacturer. I especially liked the black pencil, it didn't cause allergies and stayed on well, coloring really intensely black. I bought it now, and I'm satisfied with the quality again. You can confidently apply it to the inner part of the eyelid, and no tears, everything is fine. I recommend it to those who often use black pencil and want it to stay on well. Unfortunately, there are no Golden Rose lacquers on makeup, and nowhere else except the official website where there is paid delivery. Add them to the website, they are really great lacquers :)
