Soak a cotton bud in a cleanser until it is damp but not dripping wet. Gently place it on closed, makeup-laden eyes for 15-20 seconds and then wipe away the makeup. Do not rinse.

I have consistently been using Mary Kay makeup remover, and after trying out several other products ranging from budget-friendly to more expensive ones, I have not liked anything else. Either they do not cleanse well or they cause a burning sensation. This product, however, is perfect for me - I am ordering it for the second time (although I rarely do this as I enjoy experimenting). I have dry, mature skin (40 years old).
This product effectively removes makeup. However, after using it, I experienced a reaction on my face for the first time in my life. My face was red and hot. I am not allergic and I have used various products without any reaction before. It's just interesting which ingredient caused this reaction. I tried it three times and each time my face turned red and burned.

I didn't buy it here, but I will in the future. Currently, this is the best dual-phase product I have tried. Before this, I used Loreal, for example (I won't write about others because they are the same), but it was like spreading frying oil on my eyes. It made my eyes feel greasy and uncomfortable, almost unpleasant. Sometimes my eyes even burned after using it. But the Micellar water is wonderful! It does have a slight oily feeling, but just a little. It removes eye makeup very pleasantly and gently. Afterwards, I don't feel any irritation, my skin feels moisturized and not oily at all. It definitely deserves 5 stars! From now on, I will only buy this product.
Previously, when I ordered something, I would receive samples and brochures from Mixa. I tried their mattifying cream, but it didn't suit me and I didn't return to the brand for a long time. However, I needed something affordable and effective for makeup removal. I came across the biphasic liquid, and the reviews were not bad. I didn't have high expectations, so the small volume was a plus for me. But I really liked the liquid. It doesn't irritate my eyes, which often happens with other products. It's something in between a hydrophilic oil and micellar water. After using it, my skin isn't greasy, but it doesn't dry out either. It's all very comfortable, and I'm satisfied. As for minor drawbacks, I don't know if it's just me, but the lid is difficult to open.
It performs exceptionally well with waterproof mascara (Lancome Hypnose Doll Eyes Waterproof), which other products failed to remove.

Great product. I used it to remove waterproof Lancome mascara and eyeliner. The result - completely clean eyelids, lashes, and contour without any lengthy struggles or "panda eyes".
