I got a perm and the stylist recommended this styling product. I like it, it doesn't make my hair greasy or hang in strands. I would even buy a stronger hold. But for now, I've been using this for almost a year.
I was disappointed. This brand usually has excellent root volume gel. I read reviews about this curl defining cream, and there were some negative ones. However, I decided to try it because I trusted the brand. This is only based on my personal experience. My hair is dry and naturally curly, but this product didn't give me any curls. Maybe I did something wrong, so please share if you have any tips! I applied it on wet hair after washing. Now I'm hesitant to use it again because it somehow made my hair excessively dry. It's disappointing.
The scent is decent. Zero hold. It does not shape the curls.

However, it is important not to overdo it, otherwise my hair quickly loses volume and hangs like icicles. I take a small amount of cream, similar in size to a bean, and apply it to wet hair after leaving it in and then cover it with a towel using the curly method. The hold is medium, and after scrunching, my hair feels soft and alive, just how I like it. Even in the morning, my curls still look decent. I bought this cream as a replacement for Tigi Catwalk, which I was thrilled with, but unfortunately, it got discontinued. Overall, this one turned out to be a good option.
