I didn't understand Samsara right away, it took me about half an hour to get used to it, but then it became such a beauty, a sandalwood vanilla scent. The longevity is excellent, I applied it at 8 am and it is still wonderfully noticeable until late evening. I've grown fond of it.
If you don't understand the beauty of this perfume, please refrain from writing negative comments. Everyone has different tastes, and the weather and mood can also affect our perception. I was on a plane when I noticed a pleasant fragrance coming from my scarf. Then I remembered that I had sprayed it with this perfume at the airport store.
Thank you for the fast delivery. Regarding the scent: I can mainly detect ylang-ylang, powder, and sandalwood. Ylang-ylang is particularly strong and prominent. The longevity is around 3 hours for it to be noticeable. On my skin, I can still smell the last notes for up to 6 hours before they fade away.
Oh my goodness, this is terrible! Where are the narcissus flowers? Where is the cinnamon? It's absolutely horrifying! It smells like a lice treatment, Lavinal, with cloves and something else. I purchased it without testing it first. I do not recommend it. You won't like it.

A very beautiful fragrance! It has an oriental vibe, but it's not overpowering. Definitely not old-fashioned. Sandalwood, powder, and incense notes blend perfectly. It's an excellent choice for winter and autumn.

Long-lasting fragrance! I bought it for my collection and immediately applied it from the cold... I didn't wait for it to settle. The room was filled with the scent of yellow flowers, "nail varnish", which often grow on meadows. The nail varnish smoothly transitions into a chocolate note. The scent is intense, a tiny spritz is more than enough. It is quite wearable. I realized that I have encountered this fragrance multiple times on my acquaintances. It is more suitable for evenings, celebrations, and fresh windy weather.
The fragrance is extraordinary, in the spirit of the old school, I do not recommend buying it without testing it first. I knew it before, so I am very satisfied with the purchase.
It is rich, powdery, very long-lasting, an incredible scent with a touch of sweetness. It seems like it could be the fragrance of a priestess from an ancient mystical cult. Incredibly feminine, seductive, and sensual. A magnificent creation by a perfume genius!

Today I received the product and initially planned to let it sit, but accidentally sprayed it with the lid. Nevertheless, I decided to try it immediately and instantly noticed a strong narcissus scent. Surprisingly, I have been smelling narcissus for the next few hours (even though I don't usually like the smell of narcissus, I find myself constantly wanting to sniff it). Perhaps there will be more scents that will unfold. But for now, I have no regrets as I bought it blindly based on reviews.
I do not recommend buying this fragrance if it will be your only one for everyday use and you have high expectations for it.
The scent is magical but has its own character. I bought it in February. I sprayed it a couple of times and put it away in a drawer for two weeks. After that time, I started getting to know and wear the fragrance. During winter and spring, it didn't appeal to me at all. It smelled like my grandma and a distasteful cinnamon from a pastry shop. I wasn't surprised at all because I knew that the fragrance needed the right approach and time. At the beginning of summer, I gave it another try and applied it in the evening after taking a shower. Again, that weird chemical smell. BUT!!! After an hour, a miracle happened - all that grandma stench disappeared and a delicate, musky scent emerged. It smelled like white flowers and ripe apricot kernels. Thank God, I finally felt it, I had been waiting for it for so long.
For myself, I noticed that Samsara is a cheap grandma's water in winter. In summer, it's a "scent of sex," as my husband said. It is a wonderfully delicate fragrance, long-lasting with a great sillage!
Do not apply it on clothing, it smells unbearably of cinnamon. Only on clean skin.
The fragrance pleasantly surprised me. The sandalwood is noticeable, but it is presented in a finely balanced bouquet of components that turn it into a magical castle in the clouds. Many people talk about the creaminess in the scent, and yes, there is something like that, like cream from the milk of celestial cows))) And this is from just a freshly opened bottle! (The cologne smelled for exactly a minute, the alcohol quickly dissipated, and the composition itself emerged.)
Another encounter with the masterpiece of the House of Guerlain. And once again, I am absolutely delighted! I won't even be surprised by any negative reviews. Everyone has their own taste, after all. On the first day, it was a beautiful bitterness of fresh green grass. On the second day, I caught the character of a masculine cologne. And today, without dissecting it molecule by molecule, I will say - it is the scent of expensive powder. And that's it! I love it! I really love Guerlain perfumes - I have several different ones, but I don't have SAMARA, so I've been wanting to try it for a while and decided to take a sample. And I'm glad I did.
I received my order, it was packaged properly, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. I didn't like it at all. The main issue was that it didn't last long and didn't have a lingering scent. The fragrance itself was mediocre and didn't leave a strong impression. It smelled strong for about 15-20 minutes and that's it. In short, I didn't like it. It's just not for me.
I recently purchased this perfume in a travel atomizer. My initial impression was simply shocking: it felt as if I had applied cologne to my wrist. I was disappointed. However, later on, the scent became more delicate, although it still remained bitter. I will try, as recommended, to revisit it in late autumn or winter. If I still don't like it, I will have to give it away as a gift.
Now let's talk about the perfume. I really liked it. Unfortunately, I don't know how to break it down into notes, but it is definitely beautiful. It is warm, slightly bitter, sweet, not suitable for hot weather, it can be suffocating. But in cooler temperatures, it is very beautiful, intense (just a couple of sprays), and long-lasting. I bought it based on reviews and I didn't make a mistake. The fragrance is luxurious! Very much so!
