Maybe it's the cooling effect that everyone talks about, but for me, the menthol just burned instead of cooling. My skin felt moisturized, but there was no wow effect.

I don't understand how someone could not wash it off. I wear it for 10-20 minutes and then rinse it off. It moisturizes and refreshes the skin. It is very soothing after using this company's peeling product.

This mask works: it moisturizes, soothes the skin, in other words, it improves its health. After using it, makeup applies nicely and the face looks well-groomed. I also purchased the *Moisture and Comfort* fabric face mask by Garnier Skin Naturals (in the pink packaging). This mask is decent, it reduces fatigue and smoothens the skin, but it's not super. The Makeup service pleased me once again! I recommend it.

The only downside is that the manufacturer recommends not rinsing off the mask at the end, but instead "removing the residue with a cotton pad." Personally, I can't properly remove it that way. Well, I can, but then my skin feels a bit sticky, and it looks like I have a very strong oily shine. So it's easier to wash it off with water. I'm not sure if that's the right way to do it. But overall, it's a good mask, and I recommend using it. My skin is normal, but tends to be dry, in case anyone is interested.

Actually, in Ukraine, these masks will not be available in any other version except sachets.
