The desire to look flawless is perfectly natural for every woman. Every touch of makeup is designed to highlight strengths and carefully conceal any imperfections and minor flaws. However, it's crucial not to forget that thorough and deep cleansing is one of the most important aspects for healthy skin. BB and CC creams are not as easy to remove from the skin as it may seem. Without a quality hydrophilic oil, you'll definitely struggle. If you have oily or combination skin, try using a hydrophilic oil with rice extract — The Face Shop Rice Water Bright Cleansing Light Oil.
This skincare product from the collection of the Korean brand The Face Shop will help deeply cleanse the skin from makeup and impurities, maintaining healthy facial skin. It excellently removes BB and CC creams, as well as makeup from eyes and lips. Rice extract aids in restoring skin elasticity and also helps prevent acne, inflammation, and acne breakouts. Natural grain oil regulates the activity of sebaceous glands, preventing the appearance of blackheads and whiteheads in the T-zone.

This oil is amazing, it has a pleasant scent and effectively removes stubborn makeup. It also has a pleasant aroma. It even has a calming effect on inflamed skin.
Packaged with care. Nothing spilled, nothing leaked. The oil is very thin, so it won't last long. The scent is very pleasing. Overall, it is a good product for oily, problematic skin with breakouts.
I have combination skin. I can't remember another product that clogs pores as much as this one does after a month of use!
This is the fourth oil I have tried. Previously, I used Heimish, Purito, and The Skin House.
Yesterday, I had a facial at the beautician's, came home, and threw it away.
(All other products, including foundation and sunscreen, are ones I have been using for years. This hydrophilic oil was the only new addition to my skincare routine.)
This hydrophilic oil is good for its price. It is slightly drier than others, but it does not hinder its performance. It removes makeup well, although it is not as effective on waterproof products, but it is not advertised as being able to remove waterproof cosmetics. It does not dry out the skin (although this also depends on the product used to remove the oil - I use La Roche Toleriane gel). It is quite economical to use (personally, it lasts me about 3 months).
Regarding negative reviews (I have a lot of experience with products from different price ranges): hydrophilic oil is not meant to make you look like a Hollywood star after just one use. With prolonged use, however, it does leave the skin more cleansed and nourished, as oils remove dirt more thoroughly (compared to gels and micellar waters). Any makeup remover should be washed off! Hydrophilic oil is no exception, it should be rinsed off with a gel or foam cleanser.
Also, a lot depends on skincare and makeup. I'm sorry, but if you use a Maybelline foundation and your face starts breaking out after using hydrophilic oil, the problem is not with the oil.
I definitely recommend it and will continue to purchase it.
After using it for a month, I can confidently say that it's a perfect 10/10. My pores have become noticeably cleaner since I started using it with a Korean cleanser, sometimes in combination with enzyme powder. I'm glad I bought it without reading other people's comments, as some of them simply don't use it correctly (and yes, you can't remove mascara with just a hydrophilic cloth). Make sure to read the instructions and don't mislead others!
I didn't like the cleansing oil. When I rinse it off, it feels like my vision disappears. My eyes don't sting, but there is a cloudiness in my eyes after using this product.
This hydrophilic cleanser is good for its price. It effectively removes makeup. It may cause a slight stinging sensation in the eyes, but it is tolerable. In comparison, a Ukrainian hydrophilic cleanser stings much more. It easily rinses off with the Purito foam. The consistency is quite thin.
This is not a hydrophilic oil, it is simply oil. It does not emulsify at all. After using it, you have to wash your face with a cleanser twice because it does not rinse off and does not remove makeup.
People who write positive reviews have not used good hydrophilic oils (I highly recommend Heimish balm).
It's a pity for the wasted money.
It cleanses pores excellently. I absolutely adore it!
The oil is great. It removes everything completely. The only thing is that you need to use it correctly. For 60 seconds, in circular motions, on your face. And after that, make sure to use foam. I love it, Mom.
This hydrophilic oil is not bad at all, it removes everything excellently. It did not cause any allergies, although it is not very economical to use. The scent is a bit strange.
The hydrophilic oil is amazing. It has a pleasant smell and effectively removes makeup. If used correctly, it improves the skin. After using the hydrophilic oil, it is necessary to rinse it off, for example, with a foam cleanser. However, even if this is not done, the skin feels soft to the touch, without any greasy film or stickiness.
For those who don't know how to use hydrophilic oil:
1. Pour a little bit of the oil onto dry hands and apply it in circular motions on the dry face (including makeup). Continue the movements for 1 minute.
2. Then rinse your hands with water and use wet hands to go over your face, adding a little bit of water.
3. Finally, rinse off completely with water.
For those who complain that the hydrophilic oil is bad, if you don't know how to properly use the product, it doesn't mean that it is bad. Everyone reacts differently to products, and if your skin is neglected or receives improper care, it may cause irritation or anything else.
First of all, this product is definitely not cost-effective. It is very difficult to remove, as if it is not hydrophilic but just regular oil. It slightly irritates the skin. I will not purchase it again.
The worst hydrophilic oil I have ever used. The only positive aspect is its pleasant smell.
This is a good oil with a pleasant scent. It is important to only wash it off with a Korean foam, as stated by the manufacturer. You can use any brand of foam, but the key is to use a whipped foam for rinsing, which prevents any issues. The oil is liquid, as it should be. It should not be used to wash the eyes, as stated by the manufacturer. It is only for the face! It effectively removes impurities, including foundation, BB creams, and cushions. I like it and I am buying it for the second time, as it is very budget-friendly.
The fragrance is pleasant, but I didn't find any other positive aspects. The consistency is watery, it slips through the fingers, is difficult to rinse off, and it is not cost-effective. I definitely won't be buying it again.
The scent is pleasant, but that's where its merits end. It doesn't wash off well and leaves a slippery film, no matter how much I rinse (I do follow up with a cleanser). I've never experienced this with other hydrophilic oils.
I have combination skin, and this oil is specifically designed for combination skin, so it worked wonderfully for me. It removes makeup very well, depending on the amount applied on the face. If you have applied a lot, then you will need two or three presses. It suited me very well, and I will buy it again and pay attention to this whole line, as sometimes it can be difficult to find a product for combination skin type. The price is great.
Oil number 2. It is very liquid, and the consumption rate is high. It does not remove makeup well, especially non-waterproof mascara. After removing it, there is a feeling of a greasy film. It is difficult to wash off by itself, so it is necessary to use a face cleansing gel afterwards. As for the positives, I can mention the pleasant smell. I don't want to go through the hassle, so I will continue my search for a simple and effective product.
This makeup remover effectively dissolves makeup, but it causes eye irritation. It is difficult to remove with water alone; a good foam cleanser is needed to completely wash it off. Personally, I dislike having to harshly scrub my face. There are much better oil-based removers available in the same price range, such as Missha.
The oil works great for removing makeup, but it caused me to develop comedones on my cheeks and chin (my skincare routine and nourishment remained the same, and hormonal balance was also fine). I did not have any comedones before using this product.
"This is a wonderful oil that effectively dissolves makeup and easily rinses off with warm water. It did not cause any unpleasant reactions on the skin, even after using a foaming cleanser afterwards. The texture is very liquid and it has a pleasant scent."
I would also like to add that it doesn't dry out the skin and smells very pleasant.
I didn't really see any special results with this product, or rather, I occasionally see some results. Well, overall, it's usable.
This oil is excellent, I constantly buy it over and over again. It removes makeup perfectly. The only downside is that it's not very economical.
This is a good oil that effectively fulfills its purpose. It doesn't dry out the skin and gently cleanses it. The only thing I don't like is that the oil is a bit runny, so you have to be careful not to spill it all over your hands. In this aspect, I prefer The Skin House oil.
It removes makeup effortlessly, but, like any other micellar water, I wash my face with foam afterward. I have been using the oil for only a few days, and the positives are that it doesn't sting the eyes, effectively removes waterproof makeup, and leaves the skin feeling pleasant to the touch. On the downside, it can be a bit greasy, but this can be solved by using a cleanser. Also, the dispenser dispenses too much oil.
The hydrophilic oil of average quality had a lot of clogged pores, but this same brand's calendula oil works excellently to solve this problem.
The packaging is not very convenient. Firstly, the dispenser gives too much oil, which is not economical. Secondly, it is not convenient to take on the go because the bottle leaks around the dispenser area.
I didn't feel any special effect from using it. The BB cream washes off well, but it doesn't save from clogged pores. The smell is pleasant. However, it stings if it gets into the eyes.
The delivery and packaging from the store were excellent.
The makeup is removed adequately, the scent is specific but not overpowering. I don't understand why the manufacturer considers the possibility of simple water rinsing (without foam) when using it - the oil does not emulsify when in contact with water and leaves a greasy film on the skin. It is easily removed with the gel.
