I have been treating cracks on my heels and other related problems for a whole year. It was a vicious cycle - new sores would appear from the cracks, all healing ointments would dry out the skin, and new cracks would reemerge. This cream was recommended to me by my fourth dermatologist specifically for heel cracks. I applied it thickly at night and couldn't believe my eyes in the morning - the cracks were completely healed. I continue to treat my other problem, but now, even though the cracks no longer cause pain, everything heals very quickly.

I have tested this product and I am completely satisfied. It is the thickest cream I have ever seen, like a paste or ointment. It spreads well on warm skin with intensive rubbing. I applied it to myself and my baby's face during strong cold and windy weather. The product moisturizes very well and is suitable for dryness, cracks, flakes, or irritations. It effectively moisturized chapped lips, dry chin, nail cuticles, and irritated nose. The effects last throughout the day and leave a refreshing, soft feeling on the skin. The finish is not greasy.

I have been using this balm for over 5 years. It is the only product that allows me to maintain my skin during the winter-autumn period.

My skin is very sensitive to low temperatures and wind: it immediately becomes dry, and if I don't moisturize it, cracks and flakes appear.

The balm is very thick and greasy, and it requires time to rub it in. I remove any excess with a tissue if necessary.

However, unlike most hand creams, it doesn't wash off at the first contact with water and maintains its effect even after washing my hands 2-3 times with soap (without the need to excessively scrub my hands after being outside, but after regular washing during normal household chores).

Since the balm stays well on the skin, it is enough to apply it 1-3 times a day for moisturized and protected skin.

This product is disappointing. It feels like smearing cold paraffin on your skin. For treating cracks, it's better to use something with urea. Now it just sits on the shelf, as it's unclear how to use it properly, and it gives very unpleasant sensations.

I have never encountered a better product! It solves the problem of dry heels or chapped hands overnight!!!!! My pedicure master is shocked! I definitely recommend it!

The mentioned oil here is liquid paraffin. It is a controversial ingredient, but in cases like excessively dry skin and cracks, it is indispensable. Natural oils alone are not sufficient in such situations.
