Tinted Face Cream Gel La Roche-Posay Anthelios XL Gel-crema Tacto seco SPF50+

The orange cream, even upon application, separates like a non-tinted La Roche-Posay SPF 50. I don't understand what I was expecting from this.

I have previously purchased this cream. Firstly, I want to mention its orange color. Secondly, it is really difficult to distribute. I have very fair skin, so after applying the orange color, yes, after about three hours, the cream seems to absorb and stop being so orange. But that's three hours. It feels drying on my dry skin. The sun protection is fine, but I realized for myself that it's better to buy a non-tinted product and apply my own tinted product on top according to my mood. Rather than being tied to this cream and adjusting to its properties. I couldn't finish the cream, and I won't repurchase it. Maybe it will suit someone else, of course.

I bought it for the first time. I previously used another SPF from La Roche. I was satisfied with it. This SPF is more like a foundation. It is very brown. However, after summer, I got a tan so this SPF suits me. But it's a shame that it's not mentioned anywhere. I believe it won't be suitable for fair-skinned girls in winter. I didn't buy it here, but I'll write a review in case someone wants to save their money. This product is a total disappointment. It's yellow and doesn't apply well even with thermal water. It rolls off the face and after an hour, there's no matte finish whatsoever. It clogs the pores and makes you want to wash your face and break all the mirrors within a 50km radius. I've seen recommendations to use a very small amount, but in that case, you're left with a few small unnatural yellow spots on your face. In short, I wasted a week trying different application methods and ended up throwing it away because the next step after applying it is washing it off the skin.

This cream is awful. It clogged my pores so badly that I ended up with closed comedones, which I had to treat with a cosmetologist. On top of that, the color is a hideous reddish shade, almost like a brick.

I used Shaka fluid from La Roche and was delighted. I decided to try this one when it was on sale.
Simply awful.
It horribly dries out and stings the skin upon application, even if used after a very nourishing skincare routine.
It leaves a white powder residue on the skin, which starts to flake off after just 10 minutes.
This stuff flakes off, gets into the eyes, and causes tears.
Maybe it would stick better on snow-white and incredibly oily skin, but I doubt even that.
I have never seen a worse texture.

For fair skin, this product is a lifesaver during sunny seasons. It provides excellent protection against sun rays. I apply it half an hour before leaving the house, after moisturizing cream, and before foundation or powder. The only issue is that the cream is extremely thick, so it needs to be evenly spread in a thin layer on the skin. Otherwise, there is a chance of seeing unblended cream in the form of white spots on the face.

I disagree with the comments below. If you use this cream not during sunbathing on the beach or after coming out of the water, but instead apply a thin layer of it 20-30 minutes before leaving the house and going out in the sun, underneath your foundation, it provides 100% protection and prevents pigmentation. Furthermore, there is no yellow tint because it is covered by the foundation. It also moisturizes. A great find for the summer!

I am looking for a SPF 50 cream and decided to read reviews about it. I completely agree with everyone, the cream is awful. However, if you apply it on damp skin and at the beach, it's okay. Another plus is that it mattifies, which is a great bonus for oily skin. I didn't find any other advantages, just constant disappointment. It's difficult to apply, it forms patches that are not easy to blend, and over time, these patches appear even if your face sweats, causing your foundation to slide off. I have had the previous white version, but now they say it's yellow. Either way, I won't be buying it again.

It is truly yellow and very dry, with an obvious mattifying effect. I immediately thought that I needed to mix it well and shook it for a long time, but nothing changed. I'm not even sure now if it really has SPF 50 with this texture. It is practically impossible to blend the boundaries (yellow ones) due to its mattifying texture. Moreover, you cannot apply it to the skin around the eyes because it dries it out.

Well, what can I say? The color is indeed yellow, and the texture is very dense. It is quite difficult to apply it on its own, as you have to stretch the skin a lot during application, which is not good. The price is not small either, so I had to find two acceptable ways to apply it:
1) Mix it with any daily cream (I use Effaclar K+), then it applies better, but the level of protection is lower.
2) Moisturize the face with thermal water or hydrosol, you can also try lotion. It is much easier to apply on a damp face.
I do not recommend it for people with very fair skin, but it will look normal on slightly tanned skin if you get used to applying it.
I give it a three-star rating for the unsuccessful shade that does not adjust and the texture that is too dense.
