Bell Hypo Allergenic Liquid Eye Concealer Hypoallergenic Light-Reflecting Concealer

I bought this concealer because it claims to be hypoallergenic. I have developed allergies to all foundations and concealers (I used shiseido and estee lauder), my eyes become irritated, red, and watery half an hour after application.

With this one, priced at 120 UAH, almost nothing happens. It may slightly sting if applied too close to the eyes, but it quickly goes away. So, for once, I can go through the day with my under-eye circles concealed.

But what surprised me the most is the quality. It really does a great job of naturally covering dark circles under the eyes, illuminating the skin (without any glitter or shimmer), and it doesn't dry out the skin at all. It's completely undetectable on the skin and doesn't settle into wrinkles even by the end of the day. Overall, I am pleasantly surprised.
