The cream provides a very pleasant warming sensation. It doesn't cause any redness on my skin at all. Perhaps some people may have an allergic reaction or individual peculiarities.

The results are noticeable - there is a slight reduction in thigh volume, a 30% decrease in cellulite, improved skin elasticity, and reduced leg swelling. Minor bruises also fade quickly. I apply the cream on damp skin, sometimes after exfoliating, and then put on a sauna effect shorts on top (for weight loss). I wear them like this for 5-6 hours. The skin becomes very red, almost like it's burning, but the sensation is tolerable. Even through the shorts, you can feel how hot it is when you touch the skin. I ordered this cream for myself, and I can't even put into words how terrible it is! Never buy it, I suspect it gave me a chemical burn. The first procedure was not very successful, as I applied a too thick layer of cream and it literally burned my skin! I could barely endure it for 30 minutes.
I realized that I need to apply it in a very thin layer on steamed skin, after peeling and using a massage brush/vacuum cup, and wrap it in film. This way, I can sit/lie down and relax for an hour and a half to two hours (sometimes I even thought I would fall asleep).
The first results appeared after 3 weeks (using it once every 4 days). And if you do this procedure every day and add some exercise, you will achieve very good results in 2-3 weeks! I recommend it!
